Moreover, technological activity has been a measure of civilization. One cannot imagine a troupe without technology, as it will hardly be advanced or long-lived. Technology in itself is morally and ethically neutral. However, it is a double-edged weapon. The twentieth c entury has witnessed an organic upheaval in the negative usage of technology.
